Is anyone else using Weight Loss like Tumblr blogs for motivation and inspiration?

I only follow a few Tumblr blogs that are based on diets, I tend to keep my Tumblr as variable as all aspects of my life. I do find it handy though, especially if there are a lot of healthy recipes.
