Avocado calorie confusion

I eat a hass avocado daily, and was wondering how many calories you guys log it as? I'm torn between a 250 calorie option and a 200 calorie option. The avocado is 227g. which do you think I should use?

227 g divided by 100 = 2.27 100 g servings. So just select the "100 g" serving size, and for amount put in 2.27. That gives you the exact amount of calories for 227 g of avocado. No more guesswork.
