Don't know about the recipe, but I do know that the single Silhouette yogurt cups are 100 g each. So you could substitute any 200 g of yogurt. Don't know offhand what that is in cups, but they're small, 1/3 of a cup maybe? But most of you MFPers use a food scale, anyways.
