    This is also just as good and packs in some protein if you do:
    1 cup sliced frozen bananas
    1-2 scoop Chocolate protein powder
    1 T PB2
    A little (very very little like whatever you are thinking you need cut in half) amount of water for the blades

    Put it in my magic blender and voila....deliciousness.

    Have it every night :) It is truly amazing and if you only use 1 scoop protein powder is 130 for the banana, 60 for the powder (well for mine), and about 25 for PB2 so only 215 calories :)
    If you still use the cocoa powder with the PB2 Then you are only at 165, but you don't get the protein

    you can do the same with 2 cups of berries,1/2 cup plain yogurt and protein powder your choice
