today is my 47th birthday..i am feeling amazing and have been back on track since the beginning of the month...this is GOING TO BE MY YEAR!! a healthy lifestyle is becoming habit....and i love this!! i feel better today than i did a month ago..two months ago ..6 months ago....it keeps getting better...the support i have had on this site has been overwhelming! one pound closer to my goal today....and a whole winter to get into that bathing suit !! i WILL do this!! i CAN do this...and all of you are coming with me!!!!
