Does anyone else feel like they either have or know someone who has Wolowitzia when it comes to weight loss and fitness?

You know, after my boyfriend and I watched that episode last week, I worried I might be that person.

I don't think I do it that excessively while with friends, but I do around my boyfriend for sure. Every single time I can wear something or do something I couldn't do before, like fit in a restaurant booth, I point it out, even if I already pointed it out during the last visit to that restaurant.

I feel so bad. I know it stems from insecurity about the whole thing and wanting recognition for it, but I need to stop.

omg this is too funny! I think I did have that more in the beginning, because I felt so empowered with knowledge and had to talk about it all the time! Now, I just do my thing and don't talk so much about what I've learned. Wolowitzia--great name!

I think these are huge accomplishments! They might sound like typical events, but for a person who hasn't been able to do regular things for a while, they are extraordinary. You should be very proud!!

I discussed it with my boyfriend, and he said the same thing. He said I don't talk about it as often as I think I do, and he knows I'm just really proud (as is he). He said I hardly ever say anything on Facebook and that I don't turn every topic into, "Hey, I've lost weight." Phew!
