Once my heart rate has properly settled after exersize, I sometimes get quite cold. Can anyone explain why?

your sweat evaporates and cools you off0

Ditto the previous poster. I always dress in layers when I work out. My hoodie goes with me to the gym, comes off after I am warmed up, right back on after my cool-down, until I can get in the shower. I get cold, too!0

I have no idea why but I get the same thing. For a couple hours after hard exercise I'm freezing. Having a hot shower and changing into warm sweats doesn't even help. Happens even in the summer when it's hot.0

Yea, I find wearing a jumper doesn't help. Showers take the chill off, but i'll still be cold for a little while.0
