Hi, I'm new to posting. Have been using MFP for a couple of weeks. Am 60 years old and started this journey at 270. When got the shock at the doctor's office of how high my blood pressure was a week ago, have decided I need to take this very seriously so I can avoid being on BP meds. I love to eat and hate to exercise. Is there anyone else out there who can relate to that? On the up note, though, I am losing and since I've been concentrating on healthier eating and yes, even some exercise, my BP has gone down. And, on the other positive note, our church is starting the Made to Crave study by Lisa Terykheurst on 11/5/12 and I am really excited about that. So...would love to encourage and be encouraged! Thanks! Jan
