How much water are you drinking? I have a friend that found that the more water she drank, the more weight she lost so she went overboard on the water. Needless to say, she lost most of her hair and it hasn't come back. Her doctor told her that she was flushing the vitamins right out of her body. Stick to the recommended 8 glasses of water if you are overdoing the water.0

Not eating enough nutrients can = hair loss.
Try taking multivitamins and make sure you are eating enough calories (at least your BMR).0
