I have been using this site for a little over 9 weeks and have lost 22 pounds. I have never really cheated but there were a few times I went over my calorie allowance but nothing bad. I haven't had a week that I gained or didn't lose. Every single week I lost something and I am ahead of myself on my weight loss goals too.
Well, yesterday I cheated big and you know what, I don't feel guilty at all. All day I felt so hungry and nothing satifised my hunger. I had a Slim Fast in the morning, worked out at the gym, came home and split a banana with my son, ate a granola bar. Then we went shopping, I ate a Grilled Chicken Sandwich from Wendy's, ate a little popcorn at the movies and then we went to Maggiano's. Though they don't have nutritional info on their site, I used another Italian restaurant as a reference. I had a glass of wine, two big stuffed mushroom caps, a 1/2 order of Lobster ravioli and about 1/3 of the tiramisu. After I calculated everytime, I had a total of almost 2900 calories for the day!!!
I used to eat like this all the time and it's a big shock to see those numbers BUT as I said, I don't feel bad. It did feel good to eat that dinner though. My mouth is watering just thinking about it.
I just wanted to share!

Yeah, you have to do that now and then...everything sounded healthy, just loaded...I plan on going to a lobster fest when my boyfriend gets back to town...I'll eat healthy but I'll splurge, just like you!0

We all deserve a day where we "cheat", we just gotta remember to get back to the basics as quickly as possible....
Good luck with your goal!0
