Breaking the Procrastinator Habits

I really need to break my habit of procrastinating… I do well Monday – Thursday, but after Thursday my motivation dwindles and I exercise less and less focused on eating the right things… If I treated every day like a Monday, I would lose weight in no time.
Any suggestions?

it almost sounds like you are doing "too good" early in the week. IMO you need to make the changes ones that are easy to make habits, and then they will be easier to continue for long term. This shouldnt be something you feel like you have to restart at the beginning of the week but rather something you can live with the rest of your life. \
Perhaps you are being a little too constrictive at the beginning of the week and treating it more like a diet rather than a lifestyle change, and it makes it hard to want to continue? If i felt like i was restarting a program each and every week i would get frustrated quick and quit too...
just an idea. good luck to you.0
