I am just getting started with MyFitnessPal....actually need to complete my profile still, BUT I am really excited about this 'new to me' tool!

I worked really hard this past summer and lost close to 40 lbs., but have stagnant over the last several months, not loosing a thing. I still have about 35 lbs to shed and I know I will do it, just need to find the right mix of diet and exercise to kick start me again. Hopefully MyFitnessPal will give me the help I need.

I am pretty excited that MyFitnessPal offers the iPhone app...that will allow me to hopefully track and stay on track no matter where I am!

Sooooo, here I go...............
