I love chocolate and I find that if I tell myself I can have one piece, I am usually satisfied and don't need to have any more. If I tell myself no, I oftentimes break down and consume way too much. Allow yourself one piece and then move on.

It's hard to ignore the candy but that is what I do. I keep those 100 calorie Klondike Slim a Bear ice cream sandwices in my freezer and eat one a day. They taste great and don't have a bunch of calories.

Be picky about your candy. And try to have fruit around to eat.

I give it away or trash it. Either way, I don't eat it. If you don't eat refined sugar for a long period of time, you will cease to like it.
  • Oh its that time of year. Buy some sugar free hard candy, sugarless gum. I shouldn't talk though I got into Kit Kats last night.
  • Halloween is coming up -_-
    I will be sooo tempted
But, I will just control myself and say that my goals are more important than my craving!
