So I posted a few weeks ago asking for advice about my strength training and complain about squats and how hard it was to do them. I am super excited because not only can I make it though all 3 sets of 10, with 10 lbs I actually found it too easy and am going to have to add more weight next time I hit that workout. I have had to increase my weight on all my reps. Yeah!
