Peanutbutter Marshmallow Protein Mug Cake

Hi there,

I just had a mug cake for dessert and thought I share my creation with you. The marshmallows in the middle get all ooey-gooey :love:

1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder (I used Body Fortress Whey, 70 cal)
1 Tbsp PB2 (23 cal)
1/4 tsp baking powder
3 Tbsp liquid egg whites (25 cal)
2 Jet Puffed Marshmallows (50 cal)

Mix first 3 ingredients in a big mug, add the egg whites and mix until well blended.
Add marshmallows so that they are covered by the cake mix.
Microwave on high for max 1 minute, cake is done when it's not rising anymore. Don't microwave too long otherwise cake will be dry.
Slide cake on a plate or enjoy straight out of the mug :drinker:
