Hey everyone! I have been using MFP for a few months now. I have been working with 2 different trainers as well as having help with my meal plan each week. Im mainly looking to get to know some people. I'm wanting to continue down my path of getting healthy. I have a little way to go...but I am confident that this will be the lifestyle change that I need. Im doing this to get healthy and live an awesome life. But....I would be lying if I didn't say it was also to attract the opposite sex...ha! I'm a woman, what can I say....I love the men! At any rate I am down 35 pounds in 12 weeks. Im shooting for 15 more by the end of the year. Im a firm believer in setting small goals instead of trying to tackle the big number as a whole. It can be discouraging. So with that, I just wanted to introduce myself and would love to hear from everyone and what your goals are!
