vzryder a question, your thoughts or advise please? I have been eating and really enjoying salads, piling plate with leaf and just adding other items for variety etc, Hubby tells me I am overeating, I say ''has like about 5 calories in leaf'' , he says ''yes but you are stretching your stomach'' had not thought of that, your thoughts please?

Bah. It's lettuce, once it's all chewed it doesn't take up much room in the stomach and it's mostly water so it wont stay as bulk for long enough to 'stretch' the stomach.
Is the volume making you feel ill or overfull? If not you aren't over eating.
If you are enjoying the salads, keep eating them.0 -
sounds totally fine, and salad is water + vitimins + green. hehe.
as long as you're not covering it with mayo or other high fat dressings you are all good0
