What is your purpose in trying to use the sauna? It won't make you lose weight -- well, other than the water weight you will sweat out. The sauna is really just for relaxation purposes. I use it to warm up my body to get some deep stretches after working out. If you do use the sauna, just make sure you rehydrate afterwards.

certainly not losing weight. but as you said relaxation. stretching skin and cleansing it . I don't know whether there is any other benefit.
But I want to know for heavy sweater like me is it ok? or it might make the situation even worse?

I don't think it to be appropriate to warm up body . beacuse the temperature inside the body is always around 32 more or less. if that increase it means you have infection or simply fever. sauna won't increase the interior organ temperature.

Well, yeah, you'll sweat a hell of a lot while you're in the sauna, and will definitely need a shower after. But it shouldn't make you sweat more throughout your every day life. Just make sure you hydrate and don't stay in for too long.
