I just went and looked at my (open) diary from April 9 - April 16, 2012 and OMG What an improvement the last few days (except yesterday Lol I was busy all day). I was totally oblivious to the fact that some days I ate 140g+ of fat and 22 of protein. SERIOUSLY? Wow. What a different a few months can make in a persons' life. No wonder I lost about 5lbs that week, I probably dwindled my muscles to nothingness at the time. lol

    Eat high proteinous diet then..........go veg :smile:

    I'm vegetarian right now actually, but I finally figured out how to up my protein to the necessary 109+g per day. Lol It just took a lot of focus, a little thought, and dedication.
