Need to get my ring adjusted

When running, my ring almost slides off my finger.. When i got married, it was just the right size. :happy:

I've just had to move mine to the slighly fatter finger on my other hand after losing it twice.
Nice to see results when trousers get to loose but wedding rings are more difficult to fix. Do you resize now, wait until you reach goal or even wait until you've maintained goal for a while before you go chopping bits out?!0 -
same problem. i guess i would rather it be too big than too small tho, right? might just put a lil athletic tape around the bottom of it to keep it where it belongs!0

I'm having the same problem but thought I'd wait till I was at a weight I'd like to stay at before I get it adjusted0

my fiance has these little "ring keepers" that are clear plastic so they aren't real noticeable, you put them on the bottom of the ring to help keep it from falling off, she wears her ring a little loose that way it isn't too tight when her hands swell up. You can find a package of them at probably any jewelry store for a couple bucks...0
