I am due to deliver my second child in a few weeks and am 50 pounds over my prepregnancy weight. I would like to work on losing the weight slowly and breast feed too. Has anyone had experience with this or have any recommendations?

Actually one of the best kept secrets is that breast feeding can lead to weight loss. that is of course if you follow a few simple steps. breast feed only do not supplement with bottles, drink lots of water (NO SODAS), get lots of rest but do walk when you can, eat 5-7 times a day healthy of course. really concentrate on breakfast and lunch as your main meals but make sure to snack around 5PM since that's when your milk production is at it's lowest. Most important have fun with that baby and congratulations0
