Smoothies

Hey all,
I've decided that I'm going to start making smoothies for breakfast. I'm always in a rush in the mornings and always end up grabbing a cereal bar as I head out the door. I'm think that smoothies would be a much better option. I've never really made smoothies before -unless milkshakes count- so I'm looking for ideas.
I would prefer something with no added sugar(so no orange juice, cut this out long ago), something with lots of calcium and/or iron because I'm slightly defficient.. Other than that I'm a little bit of a picky eater but open to lots of things!
Oh, and I don't like it when you have pulpy, seedy, textured smoothies that you practically have to chew instead of drink.

Thanks in advance for any suggestions ! :D

    Here's a pumpkin smoothie recipe:

1/2 cup pumpkin (I use Libby's canned pumpkin)
1/2 cup Dannon Plain Fat Free Yogurt
    1/2 of a banana
    1/2 teaspoon of vanilla flavoring
    1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spic
    6-8 icecubes

Put it all in the blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy! It is really good!
