Holly Perkins is hosting this fantastic event called 30 Days of Lunges. Starting today (10/29) with 20 walking lunges and add one extra each day, by the end of the event, you will be able to do 50 walking lunges!!! Walking Lunges will totally tone up your butt and thigh.
