These show my before and afters at about 80 days. I have been monitoring my intake, and find that most days i have trouble getting enough calories. I have been swinging kettlebells, specifically a 25 lb one for the 80 days. I try to do it every other day, but I miss and I had to take a few days here and there for extra recovery if I over did it. I only swing for about 20 minutes. But I'm dripping sweat when I am done...I highly highly recommend kettlebells.

These were taken at about 225 down from 245. I am now at 215, and holding for now...I had the same issue at 225. I am wanting to get a heavier kettlebell because 25 is too light now for some of my exercises.
