HOPE THIS HELPS

HI, I AM NEW TO M.F.P. HOPE THIS HELPS. I WAS ONCE A LITTLE OVER 300 AND FINALLY DOWN TO 244. I HAVE GAINED ABOUT 10 LBS. IN THE LAST 2 MONTHS AND NEED TO GET BACK ON TRACK. I THOUGHT MAYBE THIS WILL HELP ME TO GET MOTIVATED. I HAVE EXERCISED INDUCED ASTHMA AND SEVERE PANIC AND ANXIETY DISORDER. RESTARTING MY DIET/LIFESTYLE OVER FRESH TODAY.
