THEN BREAKFAST- A stack of buttery pancakes and 5 slices of bacon.
NOW BREAKFAST- Greek yogurt

THEN LUNCH- Wendy's Spicy Chicken sandwich with extra mayo, large fry and soda
NOW BREAKFAST- Spinach salad with grilled chicken

THEN DINNER- 3 Chalupas and a Mexican Pizza from Taco Bell or large portion of salty Chinese food and Crab Ragoon
NOW DINNER- Lean protein, 1/2 cup starch, 1 cup veggies

THEN SNACK- Whole plate of loaded nachos
NOW SNACK- Green apple with 2 tbsp. Low Sodium Natural peanut butter

    Breakfast Then: Bagel w/cream cheese, Coffee with cream and sugar
    Breakfast Now: 2 Hard Boiled Eggs, Coffee black

    Lunch Then: Curry Chicken Rice bowl & deep fried egg roll (takeout)
    Lunch Now: Giant salad with lean protein and measured 2T of blue cheese dressing

    Dinner Then: Lean protein, large portion of pasta, rice or potatoes, small portion of veggies
    Dinner Now: Lean protein, small portion of rice, potatoes, or squash, large portion of veggies

    Snack Then: Large plate of Corn Chips with cheese and salsa
    Snack Now: (bad) Small plate Corn Chips with cheese and salsa
    (better) 10 to 15 Rice Crackers and measured hummus or cheese
    (good) Avocado, Sliced Cucumbers, Tomato or an Apple

    Drinks Then: Red Wine
    Drinks Now: Tea
