So I started my journey on Jan.10, 2012 at 197 lbs. (probably a little heavier actually.) As of today I am 136.5 lbs. Here are a few progress pictures and I will post another once I hit my goal weight too. :)

    ok so these are huge how do I make them littler??? and the second one down isn't showing me....its showing my son and my mom. Need help with fixing this..

    Thank you!!! I need to tone up and such still but other than that I am happy where I am for the amount of time I have been on here following (falling off the wagon too...) this. :D

    Great progress so far! Keep it up. I have been at it about 10 months as well... Started @ 344 and now about 233. Still have about 8-10 lbs to go
