I know that this has been addressed before but thought I would just remind everyone to double check the nurtional values in the items that you use from the foodbase. Most of these items are added by us members and should be confirmed by other members.

In double checking some of the items that I use regularly, I noticed that, though the were confirmed by 2 or more members, the information was wrong. Depending upon when these items were confirmed, the packaging or serving sizes could have changed which may account for the descrepancies.

I am now trying to double check everything... Most of the information is correct but the few items I have found have been off a few on the calories and serving sizes.

Yes, I agree. I've been running into a few items that are a little off yet have been confirmed. Chances are as well, products have been updated. Some manufacturer's have been cutting sugar and stuff . . . so sometimes I even have to enter my own values in.

There are also places that change their menus too. For instance, the Guiltless Grilled Chicken at Chili's no longer has the corn on the cob w/ it. I've tried to change some of the values but couldn't figure out how to do that.
