Don't lie the stuff they put in 'low' whatever

My wife and I don't like the chemicals and stuff they replace for fat and sugar to make stuff low fat low sugar. Does anyone have Any healthy low fat low sugar no chemical recipes that are still good?

That chemical is usually sodium chloride...I don't buy "low-fat" stuff.\
I make my own with whatever fat and sugar fits my diet.

-- Pan seared salmon with a side of quinoa salad (quinoa mixed with chopped crunchy vegetables with oil and vinegar dressing)
-- Grilled chicken breast with roast cauliflower and brussel sprouts
-- High fiber wrap stuffed with lean grilled fish or meat, dark leafy greens (arugula, kale, spinach, etc), chopped onion and tomato and little horseradish mustard or Frank’s red hot buffalo sauce.
-- Chicken and bean burritos made with shredded lean chicken, mashed pinto or black beans, pico de gallo and reduced fat cheese.
-- shrimp and broccoli stir fry with brown rice
-- baked orange roughy with sauteed collard greens and roast sweet potatoes
-- small lean steak and green salad dressed with balsamic vinegar

Personally, I'd add more healthy oil to most of these dishes but there is no end to the tasty low <whatever> dishes you can prepare from raw natural ingredients.

Just eat real food. You don't need recipes. Learn to appreciate foods as they are without sauces and toppings. Lean meats, whole grain pasta, steamed veggies, fruit, brown rice, quinoa, oatmeal. You don't need to eat low fat, low sugar, just stay in your budget.

What's wrong with sauces and toppings? Or veggies that aren't steamed? IMO most vegetables are much tastier cooked in oil (tossed in oil and grilled or roasted, stir fry, sautéed in oil, etc.).

I avoid chemical as as well. Try using natural sweeteners. In my oatmeal I use pure maple sugar. Not all fats a created equal. I use coconut oil or olive oil. Your body needs fat but some fats are better than others. I agree eat real food they are naturally delicious.
