bacon (in moderation), eggs, greek yogurt, cheese0
-
whey protein (GNC has 0-carb), legumes, nuts, seeds, cottage cheese0

I'm not a breakfasty person at breakfast time so I like a piece of toast with turkey and reduced fat cheese sometimes.0
-
Get cinnamon flavored protein powder and mix it in oatmeal0

Bacon, sausage, egg. Though this is unbalanced with perhaps too much protein, so you can even it out with mushrooms and tomatoes. Maybe some bread. And a hash brown.0

Egg beaters with fat free cheese in a low carb tortilla would equate to about 20 grams of protein. Add chicken or black beans for even more protein. You can mix flavored protein powder into greek yogurt. There are also recipes for protein powder bars, cookies, blondies, etc. that would taste awesome
Ohsheglows has great "green monster" smoothies. Otherwise, Sprint 2 the Table has good smoothies, KathEats has awesome smoothies in a bowl, Katshealthcorner.wordpress.com has a great list of green smoothies: http://katshealthcorner.wordpress.com/2012/09/11/what-kat-ate-7-day-green-smoothie-challenge-update.

Plain fat free Greek Yogurt with fresh fruit. Or Protein Puffycakes or joy is my favourite at the moment. http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/768329-protein-puffycakes-of-joy?hl=protein+puffycake+of+joy#posts-114078260

All of the above, and....Peanut butter.0

Everything everyone has said!
But, as far as using fat-free things, or Egg Beaters, go with the full-fat cheese and regular eggs.
The less processed, the better and the small amount of fat will help keep you fuller for longer.0 -
Try these for breaky...

They taste great. You get a balance of carbs and protein. If you want to buy a whey protein powder, buy it from myprotein, decent price (even after the 20% tax that the government added to all supplements  )0 -
a bit pricey but I have yet to find a better high protein breakfast that gives me a boost and keeps me fill for a really long price then these:

I buy them from a local store and save alot but they are still a it steep to eat every day. I work night shifts and take one in to eat in the very early hours for my breakfast, then Im not hungry again untill about 2 in the afternoon!0 -
I like to throw a frozen banana, scoop of protein powder, PB2, and light soy milk into a blender. About 330 cal. and 35g protein. Keeps me full till lunch and it is easy and FAST!0

Egg white protein with 1% or skim milk. 24 grams of protein per serving (just in the protein powder). I had the same problem, and that was my doctor's suggestion for me to add protein in general. I sometimes have it just as a snack, or have it along with some fruit, whole-wheat toast w/ peanutbutter, or something else to make it a little more "filling". I get the vanilla flavor - it's not bad (but I would suggest not mixing it with water - tastes like crap!)
I like easy stuff - too lazy to get up early enough to actually cook breakfast. Some days I will have FFGreek yogurt, string cheese, light cream cheese on half a wheat bagel, cottage cheese, or hard-boiled eggs. All quick, easy, and portable.0 -
I go for either
Eggs & toast with black coffee (325 cals,19g protein) - I use XL whole eggs, fried in a bit of coconut oil, whole wheat toast with butter.
or
Multi-grain oatmeal with Greek yogurt, fruit, walnuts, honey & cinnamon (around 400 cals, 16g protein) - 1 serving of oatmeal, 1/4 cup yogurt, 1/8 cup walnuts, 1 tbs honey & whatever fruit I have, bananas, pears, blueberries, raisins, etc.
If I've had a big workout that morning, I'll go with 3 eggs or a 1/2c of the yogurt for more protein.0 -
Special K Protein Plus Cereal...10g per serving (3/4 cup).0

Recently I made this http://pinterest.com/pin/21814379416469549/ (one piece of whole grain toast with egg and avocado on top) and it was DEEELISH! The combo of protein and healthy fat made it very satisfying.

I had a hamburger patty this morning. I usually just make an additional serving of whatever we are having for supper and have that as breakfast. Why are traditional breakfast foods so carby? (Cereal, pancakes, waffles, toast, oats- SHEESH!)
It keeps me full until lunch and after sometimes.0 -
Beverly international makes a good protein powder they make it in choc and vanilla I have that in the morning sometimes with a frozen banana and almond milk and other frozen fruits its very tasty It is called UMP0

A friend puts chocolate flavored protein powder into whole wheat pancake mix.0

Kashi Go Lean and 1/2 cup of skim milk = 14g of protein0
