I am43 years old. I use to weigh 234 pounds. I am now 165 pounds as of 10-26-12. I am trying to get to 155 pounds and then I am done losing weight. What do you think of me having wiggle room for snacks such as pizza or ice cream like once per week after a reach my goal weight? Any comments would be appreciated and likely helpful.
