    when something sounds good always do the math for yourself. this is what I came up with.

    Also, the seasoning called for Uncle bens wild rice packet...but I didnt have it so thats how I came up with the seasoning mix. I just went on google and found a copy cat recipe for it. :)

    Yes, I did. It's pretty awful of her to not keep positive and just ask me to post the recipe builder or ask how many it serves. Instead she just kept posting negative comments like "Be aware this soup is NOT 99 calories. per one cup"....or "when something sounds good always do the math for yourself. this is what I came up with. "

    Thats what happens when you assume things, you most often times are wrong. MFP members are here to support and get encouragement...not say people are wrong about something without asking questions first....turning it to a negative.

You can call me what you want but if you want people to try it then list the info with it. Thank you for posting it. I would not of thought it would make 28 servings. But thanks again for letting us know.
