@232 Pounds for 1.5 months

I have been stuck at 232 lbs since september 5th. I lift weights 3-4x a week. My food diary is open. Also most foods listed in snacks were an actual meal, I just didn't organize is properly in Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner

    That's rough. I went through a 2 month period like that before and gave up the fight. Don't you dare do that! You're halfway to goal, so maybe it's a matter of reducing calorie intake further or exercising more? If you figure it out, let us know.

    Eat.. You haven't hit your NET one single day in weeks. Every day I looked you were @300-800 short. Your not losing because your body is holding on to everything you give it.

    Thanks guys. I had a suspicion that this was the problem. I will eat a strict 2000 calorie diet for a week or 2 and report back the changes.
