Hi everyone. My name is Ron and I am from Richmond Hill, Ontario
Im getting married next year and I am looking to get back to my healthy weight... I am about 230lbs now and I need to be 190lbs to be back to where I should be. This is going to be a big struggle for me as I have low motivation but I am going to do my best to obtain my goals and make everyone in my family proud.
