Do you weigh your fruits (pears, apples) before you core them, or after?

I don't core them (I eat every last bit) but if I did I'd weight them after coring.0

I cut off what I'm going to eat and weigh that.0

I eat the core.0

Apparently the weights in the database are without core or peels. However, since I generally weigh my fruit in the morning as I'm packing it for lunch, I just input the weight of the whole fruit and add those calories to my diary. My view is that it's better to over-report rather than under-report calories.0

Honestly, I don't think the extra 10 or 20 calories is worth worrying about.0

I don't weigh fruit, whole, cored, peeled, whatever....I don't weigh fruit or vegetables. MFP database is pretty comprehensive when it comes to fruits and veggies...so they're easy to log. Plus as someone else said it's like 10 or 20 calories.....from a healthy source, I'm not going to obsess!!!0
