Hi, does anyone know where to find information about how much sodium and sugar intake you should have daily being diabetic compare to a non diabetic person? I try to get food and drink with less than 10g of sugar up to 15g max. then sodium I try to stay under 500mg if I can, but not more than 700mg if I am eating out. Do these number sound right? Thanks for any help you can share.
