by my husband "MrMagic0920". Not that I need to lose alot this time but for only having to diet twice in my whole life, I find this site very helpful. I am very thankful for the recommendation, as it is teaching me to eat correctly once again as I fell off that road for a bit. Now I am headed back in the right direction. Been at it for just about a month now. Do I get hungry at times, yes I do but I work through it, usually by drinking extra fluids or taking that "just one bite". I am a person that never had to worry about my weight until I got closer to that 50 year old mark, I went thru menopause at a early age and that most certainly didn't help. I put on 50 pounds. I took 30 off on my first diet, which my younger sister taught me how to do it, and then I went off for about 6 months due to some medical issues. I only put about 10 back on so now I am gonna take the rest off I wanted to the first time. I am shooting for 120 to 125 pounds, don't ever want to be that 100 pound weekling anymore. Don't look good on a old person...LOL. :wink:
