Hey everyone,
How did everyone set their goal weight?
According to weight watchers, someone 5'10, healthy weight range is 134-173. Seems like a HUGE range.
I originally set my goal at 173, but now am considering lowering (or upping, depending how you look at it) to 160-165?
I'm just not sure how to best set my goal.
My weight loss journey has been a roller coaster:
01/2003: 230 lbs
05/2006: 165
08/2012: 201
10/28/12: 185.4
Any advice or insight would be appreciated,
Jeremy
