I went on a vacation and now I can't get back on track!

I went on a vacation couple of months ago and since then my whole diet and work out schedule is bad!! I need some motivations or idea's to get back on track, I still have 16 more pounds to lose before the end of the year!

    Well, your intake is really more important than exercise right now. Spend a few hours making a meal plan, grocery list, cooking, pre-logging your food for a few days is the best start. You can do it! Once you get back in the slow swing of things, you will make your food and exercise one of your top priorities. They have to be in order to be successful :flowerforyou:

    This answer is going to suck, but only you can motivate yourself.

    We all go through pitfalls and low points. Find the person you want to be and be that person each day.

    If you fail one day, tomorrow is another day you can do better.

    Are you tracking everything? That would be a start. Once you see what you're eating in writing, and the bottom line each day, it can be motivating to get on track!
