First day on the website and I love it! I'm a freshman in college, knocking out my gen ed credits before going into the health science program at my university. My goal is a degree in dietetics.

Funny, I ate better before I got on the track to being a dietitian!! Now as a full-time college kid and part-time worker, I'm not doin' so hot....therefore, I don't feel that great. But this kind of situation is precisely why I'm studying to be a dietitian - figuring out how to have a busy life AND truly eat well, for health more so than vanity.

I truly believe that food is fuel, so I am learning to be more mindful of what exactly I am fueling myself with.

It's been fun keeping track of what I've consumed today. It's nice to have a concise picture of what I've been eating, even if it's not a pretty picture.
