New to MFP; set to lose 135 lbs!

Hello, everybody. I'm new to Myfitnesspal (I downloaded the Android app today). I've used Loseit!, but MFP seems to be more in-depth in certain areas. The water counter is a cool feature. Using Loseit!, I lost over 50 lbs, but gained it all back within a few months. This is discouraging, but I'm ready to get back up on that horse. I've been practicing a lot of self-discipline in my life lately, and I think getting healthier will help me in all other aspects of my life. I've been overweight since 3rd grade, so I have no idea how I will look when I reach my goal weight (150 lbs). I find that it helps me to stay disciplined when I try to picture how I'll look when I finally reach my goal! For me, it's all about visualization, accountability, and self-awareness. Every time I think about eating, I really pay attention to whether I'm actually hungry or just bored. I know I can do it; I know we all can do it.
