Hi i'm new and I dont get something.

Hi i'm new. I'm looking at my daily intake and my calories are under my daily guidance figures but my fat intake is over. So obviously im eating too much fat and not enough calories??!! What are calories??

    Calories are energy... Basically it is what you body need to survive. Get rid of some the high fat foods and you'll be fine.

    ditto... eat more lean proteins and eat more fruit and veggies and pick low fat foods.... that will help you
    watch the carbs those because sugars turn into fat
