Netflix insta-watch

I noticed that Netflix has several workout dvds on instant watch so I could try one tonight. Any suggestions for a good easy to moderate workout that is on Netflix insta-watch?

    OMG I just checked it out and I htink I'm in heaven right now...I've been putting off buying some of these because I didn't know if I would like them or not, so knowing I can rent them first makes me so much happier!

    Yes. I have a cord that plugs my laptop into my TV like it is a monitor so basically it will be on the TV but running through my computer.

    Oh man! I didn't realize that there were so many on instant viewing! OMG! A renewed love for Netflix. haha. Try Kelli Robert's Kick Boxing Bootcamp (10 Minute Solutions) - I love her so much.

    We just joined Netflix this weekend and I noticed they have workout DVDs but I haven't gotten to check them out yet. We bought a Blu-Ray player so we don't have to hook the computer up to the TV. I do like having Instant Movies so I am sure I will love the workout videos too!!!

    I went with this one and did the first 3 sections. I liked it and will try it again. I will probably see what else she has on insta-watch

    I've been working out with leslie sansone walk at home great dvd's. Not hard at all

    There are many workouts on Netflix Watch instantly. I love Netflix, I get workout dvds to try them out return them and buy one if I like it. But I really enjoy the watch instanty to your TV. I have a simple Roku which is set up for wireless receiving. It has worked great.
    We dropped all our movie channels. This is much cheaper. I did not check Amazon for fitness rentals. Has anyone?

    I've had Netflix for months and NEVER noticed Sports/Fitness Genre... :blushing:
