Hi all Another newbie here I am attempting to get over the aggravation of not being able to lose weight I lost the initial 7lbs after I stopped living off diet coke everyday and I joined a gym and have been working out 3 times a week but I just cant seem to control my appetite I try and keep sweets out of the house but good lord I can put the food away I am taking the weight smart vitamin and I thought that was helping but I dont think so all I think about is food. grrrrrrrr I need some inspiration

Some days I get that way too. Have you tried adding more proteins and high fiber foods to help you feels satisfied. I generally add a little bit of carb so that I feel more satisfied though. Just a thought. Good luck:flowerforyou:0 -
