So I started to jog/walk a mile again after a long time but this time I been dealing with a slight pain in my left knee throughout the day spurodically. Should I just work through it or rest it? Never had this before. Sorry bout run on sentences too. Typing on phone

Ice your knee. Make sure that you are wearing good running shoes. Warm up first and always cool down by stretching after you walk/run. Ease back into it. If pain persists I would take a few days off and pay attention to what's going on with it.0

Weak glutes / hips and muscular imbalances frequently manifest themselves as knee pain in runners.

In the meantime RICE (Rest, Ice, Compression & Elevation) to alleviate the symptoms.0
