Well believe your wife!! I have been here for 2 weeks and it is a great place to track your goals and your food consumption and exercise. I also have the iPhone app which is very convenient.0

hi welcome to mfp, yes this is a great place to lose weight also get fit, the more you exercise the more you eat, talk about motivators. If you eat to much fatting food, well you really got to exercise it off to meet your goals. Give it a good try.0
