Getting back into Exercise after a few days off?!

Hey Everyone, does any1 get into the same position as me?!

If I have been exercising for a few days, I can easily keep going, however there are times where I just cant fit it in to the day, or like last week had the sickness bug so couldnt do any!

So after a week, I need to start again, I just dont have the motivation for it! The 1st is always the hardest right?

Any tips on getting back into the swing of things?!
