Need advise from a pro "how to get lean"

Hi, I am a 41 YO women, who I can honestly say has not had a wieght problem in my life, but i recently quiet smoking and wanted to get in better shape. Even though I am not OVER WIEGHT, I do have have body fat and want to loose it. I am obviously not doing something right bc its going on a month and half and I have not lost 1 1lb. I go to the Gym about 3 to 4x a week for 30-60 minutes, I have changed my eating habits, not ridiculously drastic but changed up a great deal. Does anyone have expert knowledge on loosing body fat and getting lean. I know i am probably not strict enough, I eat lots of protien, try to eat as less carbs and fats as possible and only eat the good carbs and fats. Need advise..

    #1. open your diary so we can see what you are eating
    #2. how many of these healthy fats/carbs are you eating? our bodies need more than you think.
    #3. what do you do at the gym? do you do any weights or only cardio?
    #4. do you have ways of measuring your progress other than a scale?
    #5. how much are you aiming to lose?

    I'd start with the basics personally (though I'm not a pro, I've certainly done plenty of research and so far know what works for me and when it's not working, why it's not working :))....

    What are your calories in vs calories out and how do you track them?

    You diary isn't public, so people can't offer quite so useful advice on your personal situation.

    I made my diary public, hopefully that will help. Maybe pro was not the accurate word, I just needs something to get me going to feel like i have made progress.
