Strength training DVDs in the UK

Hi all,

I'm looking to find a good DVD to tone up to that I can find in the UK. I'm not wanting to buy a lot of equipment, or bulk up. I am trying to lose between 15 and twenty more pounds, and to just firm up and flatten some things.

Any suggestions are welcome, and feel free to add me too!

Amazon has a lot of stuff. My wife just bought the 30 Day Shred and Insanity workouts.

I agree Amazon does have a good selection. Also http://www.beachbody.co.uk if you fancy giving Insanity, P90X or TurboFire a go.
