150 LUNGES!

Body weight style or add weights if that's too easy.
BE SURE TO ALTERNATE LEGS (150 per leg is a little much!)
No weight? Grab anything a little heavy!
Post once to accept the challenge and again (before midnight!) when completed!

Done! 150 lunges...legs are JELLO! I also had another challenge for 20 tricep dips, which I did as well!0

I'm in...was on my phone & saw one of my fellow MFPers replied to this post, so I started it around noon, but couldn't log on to actually post here until now. I completed the challenge at 4:25...I did 5 sets of 15 reps a piece or 30 lunges at a time. I even wore my HRM while doing them & discovered I burned 70 calories; cool! My legs currently hate me, but it's all good :happy:0
